The Tour

So good we are doing it all again in 2026 bringing you a series of events and give you the opportunity of spending time with a very special person. You will hear all about the life of an achiever who has given himself a reason to go on and do superhuman things, superhuman things that now seem normal to him. THIS IS THE SHOW THAT RECEIVES RAVE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE IT GOES.

Kevin Sinfield is one of the most successful players in rugby league history. Having won many championships and Challenge Cup successes as part of great teams he also earned individual accolades as winner of the Lance Todd Trophy the Harry Sunderland Trophy.

It’s not just the amazing feats that make Kevin what he is, it’s the understated way in which he does them, the amazing mindset and humbleness in which he carries them out. He has a reason and that’s what keeps him going and at these events we have the pleasure of hearing all about it…

He is one of only five British players to ever win the coveted Golden Boot as well as receiving the following honours:

MBE: 2014 (services to rugby league football)

OBE: 2021 (services to rugby league football and charitable fundraising)

CBE: 2024 (services to motor neurone disease awareness)

He is also a major fundraiser for charities associated with Motor Neurone Disease. He started by running seven marathons in seven days, but since then he has continued to push himself and others through more physical challenges to raise much-needed funds and awareness for this cruel and debilitating disease. To date Kevin and his team have raised millions of pounds from the following. Challenges such as:

7 Marathons in 7 days in 2020

101 miles in 24 hours in 2021

7 Ultra Marathons in 7 days 2022

7 Marathons in 7 days plus THE EXTRA MILE 2023

Running home for Christmas, seven ultra‑marathons in seven days across seven cities. 2024

7 in 7: Together, seven ultra‑marathons in seven days, uniting the MND community. 2025

Rob Burrow

Of course, we cannot give you any story of Kevin without mentioning friendships and one friendship in particular with Rob Burrow.

Kev and Rob have been friends since they were 14 and 12 respectively. They went on and sat next to each other every day in the dressing room throughout 15 years of rugby and were at the very heart of one of rugby league’s greatest teams. Their friendship and camaraderie extended beyond the field, and their bond grew stronger over the years. From shared victories to facing life’s challenges, Sinfield and Burrow exemplify the enduring power of friendship and at these events we will hear about this special friendship too.

⭐️ 7 IN 7: THE GRAND FINALE ⭐️

Sunday 27th September – Saturday 3rd October

Kevin Sinfield CBE and his team will once again unite the MND community with his latest challenge.

Kevin and the team, who have already raised over £15 million across six previous challenges, are set to run seven ultra‑marathons in seven days across the North of England — where it all began.

The 2026 challenge marks the seventh and final annual fundraising feat for Sinfield and the 7 in 7 team, with funds supporting charities that work with those affected by Motor Neurone Disease across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Starting on Sunday 27th September in Hull, the team will run an ultra‑marathon every day for seven days, visiting all 12 English Super League grounds before finishing at Old Trafford ahead of the Betfred Super League Grand Final.

As with recent challenges, each day will be split into 7km blocks that Kevin must complete within the hour before beginning the next leg. An additional Extra Mile will take place daily, giving members of the MND community the opportunity to join Kevin and complete their own mile alongside him.

Six MND charities will once again benefit from the challenge. The MND Association will be the main beneficiary, alongside donations to Leeds Hospitals Charity’s support for the Rob Burrow Centre, the Irish MND Association, the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation, the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, and MND Scotland.

Details of timings and route maps will be announced closer to the event.

Charity distribution:

MND Association (65%) •
Leeds Hospitals Charity (7%) •
Irish MND Association (7%) •
Darby Rimmer MND Foundation (7%) •
My Name’5 Doddie Foundation (7%) •
MND Scotland (7%)

Thank you for your continued support.

Best wishes, Kevin and the team
